We are working as fast as we can to get information about what we’re selling up online, however, in the meantime please bear with us and here’s some answers to common questions. 

 

Q. Can you deliver? 

A. Yes, we deliver within a 5-mile radius of the shop, prices are quoted upon enquiry. Deliveries are available outside the 5-mile radius at bespoke prices.

 

Q. Where can I see what you are selling?

A. We plan on updating items on our website as regularly as possible. Also, you can look on our Facebook and Instagram for latest posts of products and prices, or call us on 0121 353 7123.

 

Q. What’s the best way of placing an order?

A. At the moment you are best to call on 0121 353 7123.

 

Q. Do you have to make a booking for the café? 

A. We are currently not taking bookings for the café, you simply arrive and will be seated.

 

Q. Do you have to book for Afternoon tea?

A. Yes, we are offering Afternoon tea but you need to book 48hrs in advance.

 

Q. Do you have to book for the Fairy Trail?

A. No, the fairy trail is open to all our lovely customers.

 

Q. Do you take garden centre gift cards?

A. We accept the HTA paper vouchers. We do not accept the HTA plastic gift card. You can call the HTA to have paper vouchers sent in replacement.

 

Q. Can I bring dogs to the garden centre, café and fairy trail?

A. Your welcome to bring dogs to Wm Wheat & Son, however they must remain outside the café. 

 

Q. Can I call and collect?

A. This is possible, simply call us on 0121 353 7123 to arrange.
