Bourne Pool and Waterside Walk
A place of peace and tranquility; walk into a world where your senses are aroused as you touch, feel, see and perceive the wondrous natural beauty of mother nature herself.
Behind our garden centre lies historic Bourne pool, Created circa 1443 by damming Bourne brook, (a stream that flows from Aldridge through to Lichfield). The pool was built to power an iron mill that was very modern technology at the time.
Today we have created a beautiful waterside walk around the pool incorporating new pools, paths and bridges. Bring the children to feed the fish and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature just a few moments away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
